About Scary Movie
Scary Movie came out in 2000. It's a mock scary movie, a comedy that makes fun of several other horror movies as the plot progresses. It starts out with a group of teenagers who hit a pedestrian with their car while out driving around. They dispose of the body. A year after later, a masked serial killer begins stalking them, attempting to kill them off one at a time. Despite its gruesome plot, Scary Movie actually manages to make viewers giggle because of the characters' unexpected reactions in the face of fear. Even the killer engages in some scenes that are meant to be funny. However, if you're easily offended, you may want to pick a different comedy.
